By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bbbjl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The bbbjl Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. bbbjl makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the bbbjl Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bbbjl reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by bbbjl. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Verification. bbbjl may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID card.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbbjl Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You agree to notify bbbjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. bbbjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified bbbjl of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 3.2 above.
3.4 bbbjl strongly recommends that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, bbbjl does not guarantee that enabling 2FA will prevent all unauthorized access.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bbbjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at bbbjl's discretion.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the bbbjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). bbbjl does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by bbbjl and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page within your Account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bbbjl aims to process verified withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. bbbjl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.
4.5 Own Funds. Players may only deposit funds that belong to them. The use of third-party payment methods or funds belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. bbbjl complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. bbbjl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze Accounts pending investigation.
5.1 bbbjl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses – including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of technical errors – will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended.
5.3 bbbjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by changes made after the claim date, except where required by law or regulation.
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may not be combined with other offers. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bbbjl Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bbbjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
9.2 bbbjl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 bbbjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bbbjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 bbbjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players manage their gaming activity. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through their Account settings.
10.2 Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the bbbjl Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting bbbjl support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours.
10.3 bbbjl will not knowingly allow any individual under the age of 21 to register or maintain an Account. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the Platform, please contact bbbjl support immediately.

11.1 bbbjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bbbjl reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, bbbjl may forfeit any Bonus balances and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of identity verification.
11.3 Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting bbbjl support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.4 bbbjl reserves the right to terminate the Platform or any part thereof at any time without liability to Players, subject to returning any unencumbered real money balances held in Player Wallets.
12.1 bbbjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bbbjl will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the bbbjl Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 11.3.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bbbjl Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact bbbjl support to initiate the dispute resolution process.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent bbbjl from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
